Where does the RSA use donated money? Let us count the ways.

1. Trips n Tours events.

2. Special events like Grandparent’s Day, the Dust Devils ballgame, & the Ice Cream Social.

3. The Geriatric Endowment Fund to financially assist students specializing in nursing care for elderly populations.

4. The RSA Member Scholarship Fund for membership and event fees.

5. RSA operating expenses like the newsletter publishing, & dance/potluck supplies.

One place where donations are particularly important to fulfill the RSA mission is the Member Scholarship Fund. This fund is money set aside to make sure that all members have an opportunity to participate in events that have fees associated with them. The fund can also be used to cover annual dues. We understand that members may be reluctant to request use of these funds. Please know that we truly want you to take advantage of this program. The goal is to lower stress in your life, help you have fun, and let us enjoy your company.
